Let's say, for example, that you are eating perfectly for your body type, then you probably can get away with your home being the wrong temperature, living in the wrong climate, working a job that is less than ideal for your mind, or even being in a challenging relationship.

And perhaps even more relevantly, maybe you've noticed that sometimes you "get away" with cheat meals and cheat days, while other times it seems like you put the food right onto your hips, butt, or thighs instead of into your mouth.

Well, this largely has to do with how much stress you are experiencing through the choices you are making.

The trouble is... hardly anyone knows this stuff, which means you're "choosing" which genes turn on or off without even knowing it... scary, right?!

& Alzheimer's Dementia are all diseases
linked to specific genes that can be

No. And also, maybe... you see, it depends upon a few different variables. So, if it's as easy as matching foods to my body, I figured a solution must exist. I wondered if elimination diets or other cleanses and detoxes out there might be able to match diet and body type.

Yet, each and every one is based upon generalized nutrition, rather than personalized. None of the other methods understand -- or take into account -- the natural design of your body.

None of them teach you to adapt when a food doesn't match your body, energetically speaking. And even if they do happen to mention food adaptation, they pretty much all leave you hanging right there with food taste.

Most of the recipes in so-called
health books are either:

Delicious and not actually
good for you.
Terrible, and full of foods that you're "supposed to" love, which only makes you feel worse and worse about eating "right" and taking care of your body.

Do you see the conundrum? Actually, there are many conundrums:

According to most diet or cookbook recommendations, you'll either have to eat foods that taste great and be stuck with no results or eat foods that taste terrible and sabotage yourself over time...
